Enterprise Inns chief executive Ted Tuppen has come under fire over comments he made about the Business, Innovation & Skills Committee’s (BISC’s) recent report into the relationship between pubcos and tenants. The Localism Bill, which includes new powers to grant local people the right to buy pubs, has received royal assent.
