Two pub chefs to compete in Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Annual Awards of Excellence.

Jack O’Sullivan, of the Angel Inn in Hetton and Amelia Thornhill, of the Plough Inn in Longparish, will be assessed on their kitchen ability with a multitude of other young chefs, pastry chefs and waiters across March and April.
