Tap-House Munich would be at home in downtown Washington DC, or London or Worchester, Mass. Dozens of taps offer an exceptional range of well cared for beers. The people are friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s a fine place to try beers you won’t easily find in Munich, and if you’d like to get a look at how the brewing scene is — finally– changing in Germany, we don’t know of a better place. Our only problem is that we’re in one of the world’s best cities for enjoying a distinctive culture of beer and there are beer bars like this in Rome and Madrid. A night at Tap-House means we have to forgo a night at the Augustiner garden, or the English Garden or the Hirschgarden or Paulaner am Nockerberg or Der Pschorr or……..
