Drinkers in China are set to chug more beer than elsewhere in the world, with demand for craft increasing significantly, a new report has claimed. The Great British Pub Awards, run by The Morning Advertiser, are recognised as “the ones to win” by licensees, attracting hundreds of entries from thriving pubs around the UK. The New World Trading Company (NWTC) has confirmed that its Reading site will open on 29 May, as company chief executive Chris Hill says he plans to announce more south-east and south-west sites “over the coming two months”.
