Publicans see weekly earnings decline by 2.8%

Publicans and managers of licensed premises saw their average weekly earnings decline by 2.8% to £394.10 in the year to April 2013, while restaurant and catering establishment managers and proprietors saw their average weekly earnings increase 2% to £392.70, according to the latest annual survey of hours and earnings by the Office of National Statistics (ONS).
