Cookery writer Romilla Arber has opened a pub in Berkshire with a former Claridge’s chef as head chef. The owners of a Sussex pub are to open a pop-up restaurant with dishes cooked in a mobile food van. The team behind Sheffield pub the Milestone have opened an artisan pizza restaurant in the same part of the city. The UK’s top multi-site chefs are being encouraged to enter the second annual Farm Frites Development Chef Awards.
