7 beers on tap including: Gose, IPA, rye IPA, stout, Belgian dubbel and a honey wheat. I had the rye IPA and the stout. Both were well within the style guidelines with no discernable flaws. Our traveling companions split a 7-beer sampler. They were pleased with everything they tried.
Waredaca is located in the middle of a horse farm. Indoor & outdoor seating areas. Very dog and kid friendly. The occasional horseback rider strolls by. They sell meats & cheeses and other pub snacks, but many people brought their own food and just sort of spread out over the available tables. The overall vibe seemed to be young families with kids and dogs.
