Novus to convert Jewel to Mabel’s

Novus Leisure, the Hutton Collins and LGV Capital-backed group, will launch its modern neighbourhood bar format on its Jewel site in Covent Garden next week, under the name Mabel’s, the Publican’s Morning Advertiser‘s sister title M&C Report understands.
