Alan Yau to launch first pub venture

Alan Yau, one of the UK’s most revered and influential restaurateurs, has been confirmed as the new owner of the Endurance Pub in Soho’s Berwick Street, which he plans to reopen as a Chinese gastro pub, early next year.
